TUSCAN BLACK TRUFFLE

The black truffle is the most precious jewel of our à la carte menu, a symbol of elegance, territory, and authenticity. Carefully selected and enhanced in dishes that highlight its intense aroma and unmistakable flavor, it represents a tribute to the great Tuscan gastronomic tradition. Each proposal stems from respect for the raw material and the desire to offer a refined sensory experience, where the black truffle becomes the absolute protagonist, making every course unique and memorable.
